About Me

Charlotte Edwards-Nettey has a level 3 in Early years Educator, level 3 SENCO, level 3 in understanding autism and other certification that has to do with early years. She has also completed a lot of CPD courses due to her love for childcare.

Charlotte has over 10 years of professional experience in childcare, having worked in various capacities from daycare centres to private nanny positions and childminding. Charlotte is an ofsted registered childminder.

Charlottes is certified in Paediatric CPR and First Aid and anaphylaxis trained. She has also completed specialised training in early childhood nutrition and food safety , sensory integration therapy, and inclusive education practices, ensuring she can provide safe and supportive care to all children, including those with special needs.

Charlotte believes in a holistic approach to childcare that nurtures the physical, emotional, and intellectual growth of each child. She incorporates play-based learning, which allows children to explore and discover at their own pace while developing critical thinking and social skills.
